Village of Doaktown would like to extend a huge Thank You to the following people who organized the beautiful tree lighting event this evening in our community park: Cassie Kervin , Krista Lambert, Blake Pattison , Volunteer Fire fighter , Tim Hortons for hot chocolate and timbits, Paige Storey with Brownies and Sparks ,parents for singing and Shawn and Doug for getting tree and lights ready. It was greatly appreciated.
Thanks to volunteers, Doaktown Legion is getting veterans flags up today to kick off our Remeberance Day celbrations. We are so very proud of these and are truly grateful for the community support.
